Espace Montmorency

A city’s downtown is it’s focal point. And, with Espace Montmorency; Laval can finally boast a vibrant centre where locals can meet, work, live, shop, study and relax.

Espace Montmorency is a proposed 4-building multi-functional development, in the heart of a connected downtown in-the-making. Here, you can already find Université de Montréal campus, Place Bell amphitheatre and sports centre and Montmorency metro station, which has a direct connection to the project, and other vital businesses.

Montez saw this as an opportunity to not just transform, but help build a city’s downtown identity and experience.

The planned project consists of two residential towers with 704 units, an 332,500 sf office tower, 142,587 sf of retail space and the sale of air rights for a hotel.

Aspiring to LEED Gold certification and LEED-ND, the project is on the cutting edge of both urban and environmental design.
