Curtis Block

The Curtis Block project is a mixed-use development that spans 2.57 acres. It will be situated in an incredible location; on the Beltline section of Calgary at the corner of MacLeod Trail and 12th Avenue SE; the neighbourhood adjacent to the iconic Calgary Stampede grounds.

Montez partnered with local development partner, ONE Properties, to bring this project from concept stage to an approved development plan. Once built, the development will offer 2 residential towers containing 650 rental units and a retail at the podium. A third tower is now being considered for the site.
