Crosspointe Industrial Park is a 39-acre industrial development consisting of two buildings totaling 725,000 sf. Strategically positioned within the fast-growing Balzac area of Rocky View County (RVC), it offers superior access to major transportation routes such as Stoney Trail and QE2 Highway.   Located just north of Calgary, Balzac has become known as a premier logistics, warehousing and distribution node.

Phase 1 of the development was completed in 2020, and is 100% leased, with phase 2 expected to be complete in Q3 2021.
