We create long-term investment opportunities for and relationships with government pension funds, as well as government crown agencies, crown corporations, insurance funds, institutional investment firms, corporate pension plans, universities and colleges.

Collectively, they trust us to manage over 25 million square feet and $7 billion of real estate across thematic investment funds and segregated accounts. This includes 10 million square feet of active development assets. Montez has raised over $3.25 billion of equity for its income, growth, urban and development strategies. Our investors rely on us to manage investments for their pension and insurance plans; a heavy responsibility we feel privileged to take on.
