The Enbridge Centre was more than a construction project in a sought-after location. To Montez, it was an opportunity to provide downtown Edmonton with a visually striking and modern 25-storey office building, while retaining the history of the original facade.
Formerly the historic Kelly Ramsey Building, the team deconstructed, labeled, stored and reconstructed the entire building brick by brick, to ensure the building’s heritage was preserved. The building is linked to the underground downtown pedway network connecting to the LRT and offers outdoor community space.
Our collective work brought great success; the space it is now anchored by a lease with Enbridge for 311,581 sf of the space until 2032.
The Enbridge Centre is a LEED Platinum Class AA office building.
